Email Marketing Strategist (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)

Job Description:

Forge Digital Marketing is looking for a skilled Email Marketing Strategist to manage and execute email strategies for a range of clients. This role requires proficiency in various email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), as well as experience with Slack and ClickUp. The Strategist will directly manage a Graphic Designer and be responsible for programmatic ad strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Email Strategy:

   • Develop and execute email strategies for diverse clients.

2. Platform Proficiency:

   • Manage client accounts on Klaviyo and adapt strategies for similar platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.

3. Team Management and Collaboration:

   • Directly manage a Graphic Designer.
   • Ensure collaboration and effective communication within the team.

4. Programmatic Ad Strategy:

   • Develop and oversee programmatic ad strategies.
   • Direct designers in creating ad content.

5. Client Communication and Reporting:

   • Regularly interact with clients, providing updates and reports.

6. Tool Proficiency:

   • Utilize project management and communication tools such as Slack and ClickUp.
