Job Overview

Forge Digital Marketing is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our agency, you will be the bridge between our services and our clients, ensuring not just satisfaction but success in their digital marketing journeys. Your role will be crucial in maintaining long-term, fruitful relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards achieving their digital marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Understand clients’ business goals and digital marketing objectives.
    • Act as the main point of contact and manage client communications.
  2. Project Oversight:

    • Oversee the delivery of services like SEO, email marketing, social media, and more.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to align on client objectives and timelines.
  3. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Regularly review campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on marketing efforts and outcomes.
  4. Feedback and Issue Resolution:

    • Proactively gather client feedback.
    • Address and resolve client issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  5. Strategic Planning:

    • Assist in developing strategic plans for clients’ digital marketing efforts.
    • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams as needed.
  6. Client Education:

    • Educate clients on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
    • Provide guidance on digital marketing tools and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.).
  • Experience utilizing Clickup project management software and a curiosity for improving standard operating procedures to ensure maximum efficiency for internal ops and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A problem-solver mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
